November 2025 Update

Current Status:

Draft of Project Study Report completed; under review by FHWA with NYSDOT's assistance.

 

Next Steps:

FHWA review in ~30 days; comments will be addressed before finalizing the report and starting preliminary design. Concept A and B details are on the website with past meeting materials.

 

Timeline:

Coordination with FHWA continues through 2025; report finalization and preliminary design phase expected in spring 2026. Future public meetings will be announced following FHWA review.
